Is this for LPNs too?

Several options are. Paramedical exams, flu clinics, and per diem apps hire LPNs. Field case management usually requires an RN.

Do I need a certification or extra training?

No certification is required to start any of the six. Some need a skill you may have to refresh first: paramedical exams need confident phlebotomy, and flu clinics want recent injection experience.
